On our way up to Minneapolis, Sherry and I stopped at a Target in Des Moines. On our way back down to KC, we stopped at another Target in Des Moines.

This is a crazy gangsta frog at the second Target. This made me laugh. 
Driving back to KC from Minneapolis, Sherry and I stopped at a “modern” rest area in Iowa. Sherry is trying to look like a FOB with the double peace sign pose for a picture.
What is a “modern” rest area you ask? A rest area with free wireless internet. Pretty cool if you ask me.
Forest City, Iowa is home of the Winnebago factory.
There’s a town in Iowa called Joice. They spelled my name wrong. 
Chino Latino is this super cool restaurant/bar with food from Mexico, Thailand, Jamaica, Polynesia, and Korea.
Sherry and I got drinks.
Sherry got a mango martini and I got the Chinopolitan-a cosmopolitan that bubbles. I thought it would be a carbonated drink but it’s really poured over dry ice.
When we left the restaurant and we were walking to the car, some weird guy followed us down the street calling after us. I was about to turn around but stopped because it didn’t sound right. So Sherry and I kept walking and he followed us for a while. Kind of creepy. But we ignored him and he eventually left us alone. Good thing I had my pepper spray with me. Just in case.
Minneapolis has a two story Target. So it has a cart escalator. It was wicked cool. I took pictures of Sherry going down with the escalator.
Then I took a picture of some random lady’s cart as I was going down the escalator.
Sherry and I have taken a road trip from Kansas City to Minneapolis. We stopped in Des Moines, Iowa and played at Target (of course).

At Mall of America in Minneapolis, Minnesota, Sherry finds a pretty bow headband.
Hermit Crabs! Their shells were painted cool designs. It was kind of sad to see these but at the same time it was cool.
There was one with a Batman signal painted on it.
Next to Mall of America is a huge ass IKEA furniture store. They also have a $0.99 breakfast, which was pretty nice. You got eggs, bacon, and potatoes for less than a buck. Pretty sweet! Well, Sherry and I played with the furniture and shopped for like an hour and half and we still didn’t even look at everything. I wish KC had an IKEA.
These were all the pics I took with my cell phone. I’ll get the ones from my digital camera up when I get back to KC. We have hijacked computers at the Minneapolis Public Library. But Sherry and I still have a lot of shopping to do!
Neeraj, TD, Zeba, Angela, Nick, and I went to IHOP and Walmart. Neeraj saw a car in the IHOP parking lot and took a picture just for Harvey. It was a Grand Am with a spoiler. I don’t understand boys and cars.
Then at Walmart we saw a toy machine with giant koosh balls! I was the financer, TD was logistics, and Neeraj was groundwork. (Not a roundworm, Zeba)
Yes! Success! It only took one try! I love the bright pink koosh ball and how Neeraj and TD are holding hands.
On my way to class today, I came up to a red light. So naturally I stopped. While sitting there I saw this huge ass truck on the other side of the intersection trying to back up into the cross traffic. I guess they realized that that was a bad idea so they stopped. When my light turned green, the truck started backing up again. I chose not to go into the intersection for fear of getting hit by this idiot. I waited until they backed up and cleared the intersection.
The truck was one of those repair trucks. You know, the ones that repair the traffic lights and such. So it was a tall truck with those ladders on top. Me and my small sedan couldn’t see over this truck and didn’t see the accident up ahead, which is why the truck was backing up in the first place. The accident and ambulances took up the entire road. (You’d think they’d warn people and put up a detour sign or something.) Anyway, I didn’t see this or I would have turned right earlier. Since waiting at the green light, a red car pulled up behind me. They didn’t understand why I was sitting at a green light and not going. After I saw the accident blocking the street, I turned right. The red car turned right as well, pulled up next to me, and honked their horn. What’s your problem? She started yelling at me then sped off. Listen, bitch. I stopped at the green light because a stupid truck was backing up into traffic. Calm the fuck down. Oh, and another thing. I know Harvey will enjoy this. She was an African-American female but had blond hair. And her license plate said Africa. I kid you not. It was Missouri license plate: AFRICA. Is that the way to show pride for your ethnicity? Get a license plate that says Africa but yet have blond hair?
I was driving on 69 South and everyone was frantically switching into the right lane. I thought maybe there was some construction going on and they closed the left lane. As I got closer, I saw this dude REVERSING on the highway! WTF? The median was all messed up and there was mud all over the left lane. Did this guy cross the median and spin out of control or something?

Well, when I went home this weekend, I saw the aftermath of my mom’s friend’s playtime.
This must be the shoe that the raccoon was holding as an invitation to my mom to come play with him.
